We work with a variety of cooperation partners (for example, monsters). These forward your job advertisement directly to us. We then automatically optimize them for our mobile job app and display them exclusively to relevant applicants.

On the applicant side truffls works with an intuitive swipe mechanism: applicants register with their CV and then receive to their profile suitable job suggestions. As soon as an applicant has expresses interest in one of your jobs by means of a right swipe (one-click application), we prepare your personal applicant management dashboard.

There the candidates will be presented to you. If you are interested in their profile you can contact them and ask for further documents conveniently via our integrated Messenger. As a result, the applicants receive a push-notification on their smartphone and can react quickly and easily. Therefore, you not only communicate with the candidates on an equal footing, but can also significantly speed up your recruitment process.
